THE TITEBEAM SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TITEBEAM EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TITEBEAM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

2. Security Limitations

TiteBeam currently does not implement end-to-end encryption. Data transmitted through our service may be vulnerable to interception by unauthorized third parties. You should assume that any information transmitted through TiteBeam could potentially be accessed by others.

DO NOT USE TITEBEAM FOR:

• Sharing sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, financial account details)
• Transmitting confidential business information
• Sending protected health information (PHI) or any data subject to HIPAA regulations
• Sharing login credentials or passwords
• Any communication that requires a high level of security or privacy
